26th Annual Florida Bioethics Conference

The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine’s Institute for Bioethics and Health Policy and the Florida Bioethics Network will host the 26th Annual Florida Bioethics: Debates, Decisions Solutions conference on Friday, April 6, 2018, in Miami.

After the success of its silver anniversary conference in April 2017, the oldest and largest community bioethics conference in the country will enter its second quarter-century with a continuation of its track record of presentations addressing the most challenging issues facing health professionals. The 2017 conference featured the themes ethics and health information technology, genetics in the hospital, health care fraud, pediatric bioethics collaboration, the right to healthcare, and healthcare for veterans.

The South Florida program is annually approved for continuing education credits for physicians, nurses, social workers, attorneys and chaplains.
